What are credits?

Each time you chat with Bitrig to build or modify your app, credits are consumed based on the complexity of the task.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to additional credits. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to unused credits?

For Plus subscribers, unused credits roll over for one month. This means if you don't use all your credits this month, they'll be available next month (as long as you maintain an active subscription). Credits expire after one month of rollover. For free users, credits do not roll over.
Do I need an Apple Developer account?

An Apple Developer Account ($99/year) is required to distribute your app to TestFlight or the App Store. You can build and test apps on your own device without one.
I'm an early subscriber. What does that mean for me?

If you were a Bitrig subscriber during our launch, you'll keep your current price. If you decide to upgrade to a higher plan you'll get 40 additional credits for as long as you remain a subscriber.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account or Stripe subscription page. You'll keep access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period.
